Maastricht Principles on Extraterritorial Obligations of States in the area of Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (and Commentary)

The Maastricht Principles on Extra-territorial Obligations (and accompanying commentary) were launched earlier this week in a side event at the meeting of the U.N. Human Rights Council in Geneva.  The document has clear and significant implications for discussions on the linkages between Human Rights, the Environment, and Climate Change.  Here are the Principles Commentary and Commentary. h/t Marcos Orellana.
